For consumer purchases, please contact us before ordering, as separate consumer rights and terms may apply. Online sellers must provide business identity, contact details, contract information, cancellation information where applicable, and order confirmation in a durable form.

For cost-plus customers

For agreed cost-plus customers, pricing may be calculated using supplier cost plus an agreed margin, service fee, handling fee, delivery charge or other agreed charge. Supplier cost and availability may change before order acceptance.
